After a long drought period, the much-awaited and abundant rains have restored the vigor and color of the damaged trees, aromatic plants, and crops. The fruit trees proudly display their shiny leaves and plentiful fruits (figs, loquats, apples, plums, persimmons, and others), awaiting our visitors to taste the ripe seasonal fruits and revive the sensations and flavors of yesteryear.
We feel satisfaction and hope seeing the new shoots sprouting, with their budding clusters, while observing the new grafts of our native Tintilla and Pedro Ximénez grape varieties bursting with vibrant colors and energy. This diverse vegetation naturally attracts abundant wildlife beneficial to Organic Farming due to its pollinating and predatory roles; this ecological habitat also attracts numerous birds that come here to reproduce.
