Organic Red Wine Jam

Our organic red wine jam is made by carefully blending our fruity wine with sugar to achieve the perfect balance of flavors. The wine is gently cooked until all the alcohol evaporates, concentrating its aromas and taste.

Then, the jam is packed into glass jars and sterilized in an autoclave at 100°C for 15 minutes, ensuring preservation without altering its qualities.

It pairs wonderfully with cheese boards, meats, pâtés, or simply enjoyed on toast with butter.
