One of Sancha Pérez’s founding goals has been to revive the cultivation of olive trees and vines in the area and, among the grape varieties, to especially focus on restoring Tintilla.

At Sancha Pérez, we have committed to using cover crops in our olive groves, vineyards, and also in the fruit tree areas. This cultivation technique brings many benefits to the soil and, consequently, to the fruits we harvest.

The consumption of organic products in Spain is on the rise. Olive oil and wine are among the most in-demand items.

After a long drought period, the much-awaited and abundant rains have restored the vigor and color of the damaged trees, aromatic plants, and crops. The fruit trees proudly display their shiny leaves and plentiful fruits (figs, loquats, apples, plums, persimmons, and others), awaiting our visitors to taste the ripe seasonal fruits and revive the sensations and flavors of yesteryear.
