Wine and Olive Oil Tourism and Biodiversity at Sancha Pérez

At the Sancha Pérez Winery and Olive Mill, we invite you to discover a family project that combines wine tourism, olive oil tourism, and sustainability, right in the heart of the La Janda region (Cádiz).

Born in 2008 thanks to Ramón Iglesias, an industrial engineer with a long career in the agri-food sector, and his son Alejandro, Sancha Pérez was created with a clear mission: to revive the organic cultivation of olive trees and vines, two historic pillars of the local economy until the late 19th century.

Today, that passion has become a small industry that cultivates, processes, and markets its own products: extra virgin olive oils, red and white wines, vinegars, and artisanal jams. All this with the firm belief that without industry and without transforming agricultural products, there is no future for rural areas.
