Winery: Sancha Pérez.
Origin: Countryside between Conil and El Palmar (Vejer).
Harvest: Certified Organic Farming.
Composition: 100% Tintilla grape
Aging: 12 months in French oak barrels.
Serving Temperature: 16–18ºC.
Bottle Evolution: Medium term.

Tasting Notes:

Visual aspect: Medium-high layer, intense bright red color.

Olfactory aspect: Red fruits. Balsamic.

Gustatory aspect: Very fresh, powerful, balanced.
